The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in executing strategic initiatives and supporting the firm's marketing and business development efforts. This position will be responsible for advancing day-to-day initiatives and providing direct support to both the Director of Marketing and the Chief Marketing Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, updating and managing content for the firm's website, blogs, social media, email newsletters, brochures and internal communications

• Assist in the preparation of pitches, proposals and RFP responses, including supporting collection and creation of attorney experience content

• Help maintain the firm's Intapp CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client, referral and prospect data

• Assist in conducting research on prospective clients, industries and market trends to support business development initiatives

• Coordinate and support firm-hosted and industry events, including webinars, client receptions and conference/event sponsorships

• Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, promotional materials and client gifts

• Track event ROI and engagement metrics to inform future events, sponsorship and participation strategies

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications or related field

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Experience in law firm or professional services firm preferred

• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with CRM, website content management, social media platforms and email marketing software required

• Experience coordinating and assisting hosting firm-hosted events.

• The target salary equivalent for this position is $64,000-$70,000 based on a 35 hour work week. Hours worked over 35 hours in any week are paid at time and a half. Salary determinations are based on numerous factors, such as, but not limited to, the relevant market and the skill, experience, class or graduation year, and education of the selected candidate.
