D F's Marketing Coordinator will assist with marketing initiatives including proposals, website content, social media posts, tradeshow booth, and other tasks to promote the firm. This position requires strong written and proofreading skills, ability to communicate with all levels of management, and capability to work on multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Managing the proposal production process including conducting kickoff meetings with team members firmwide, developing proposals according to client requirements, and submitting by deadlines
- Developing compelling narratives for project descriptions, resumes, and website content
- Being responsible for technical writing materials that avoid grammatical and stylistic errors
- Preparing marketing, interview, and presentation materials
- Collaborating with technical staff, including external teaming partners
- Maintaining digital assessment management system, marketing file structure, and other company information
- Assisting with D F's tradeshow booth at conferences
- Creating engaging social media posts
- Supporting the marketing team with additional requests
- Accomplishing tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and team environment
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required with a focus in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, English, Journalism, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in engineering, architecture, construction, or related industry strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign), Microsoft Teams, and MS Office strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills required
- Commitment to high-quality work and attention to detail a must
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with concurrent deadlines
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of the firm
