Marketing Coordinator

Royalty Roofing is looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. You'll lead and support multi-channel marketing campaigns, manage social media, create engaging content, and help build our brand across Northeast Ohio. What You'll Do:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social, digital, and traditional platforms

Create video/photo content from job sites to showcase our work

Manage and grow social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter

Build and execute grassroots/local marketing initiatives

Generate and respond to online reviews to enhance brand reputation

Create marketing materials, promotional items, and sales support tools

Use analytics and CRM tools to track campaign performance

Support lead management and maintain CRM accuracy

Manage vendor relationships and collaborate on creative projects

Contribute to planning sessions and idea generation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

2+ years of experience in multi-channel marketing

Strong social media, video content, and campaign management experience

Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools

Great communication, organization, and time management skills

Creative mindset with the ability to drive innovation

Bonus Skills:

Experience with marketing analytics or attribution modeling

Graphic design or video editing skills
