Marketing Coordinator to support our growing Marketing and Sales Operations team. In this role, you will execute marketing and CRM initiatives that enhance brand consistency, support market expansion, and drive referral engagement across the country.

This position is full-time, working on a hybrid schedule (3 days per week in office, 2 from home) at our corporate HQ in Brentwood, TN.
What You'll Do - CRM and Sales Support
- Maintain and update CRM (SugarCRM) with accurate account data
- Support sales targeting efforts by researching and building account profiles
- Track and route inbound leads, ensuring accurate documentation
- Marketing Asset Management
- Assist in developing sales collateral, talk scripts, and center launch materials
- Distribute monthly Marketing and Sales Ops updates to internal teams
- Digital and Content Updates
- Ensure center information, payor listings, and therapy offerings are current on digital directories and our website
- Contribute to blog and social media content using approved templates and brand voice
- Automation and Communications
- Manage email campaigns via ActiveCampaign
- Assist with new team member onboarding and system setup
- Support maintenance of marketing-related phone, voicemail, and fax systems
- Project Execution and Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to roll out projects on time
- Provide high-quality administrative and project support with a service-first mindset
What We're Looking For - 2-3 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM systems (especially SugarCRM), WordPress, and email marketing platforms preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Healthcare or multi-site service industry experience a plus
