Inked Brands is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Wholesale Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This individual will specialize in coordinating campaigns, designing compelling marketing assets for trade shows, and managing online wholesale listing sites. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the wholesale space and be able to create visually engaging content that drives awareness and sales.

What You'll Do:
  • Wholesale Listing Management: Create product listings, manage online and physical catalogs, and ensure product information is up to date on various wholesale platforms.
  • Wholesale Team Support: Collaborate with the sales team to design and produce trade show displays, booth visuals, and promotional items to maximize brand impact and engagement at events.
  • Rep Group Materials: Develop tailored marketing content and presentations for sales reps, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and product offerings.
  • Asset Development: Develop and organize high-quality marketing materials for use by the sales team such as print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and other collateral for trade shows, sales representatives, and online wholesale platforms.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all wholesale marketing channels.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to gather insights and ensure marketing materials align with business objectives.
  • Market Research: Stay current on industry trends and competitive marketing strategies, suggesting improvements or new approaches to enhance visibility and sales.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze the effectiveness of marketing materials and campaigns, providing recommendations for future improvements.
What You'll Bring To The Table:
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on wholesale, B2B marketing, or trade show marketing preferred.
  • Design Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) or similar programs.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and ability to produce polished, professional marketing materials.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with wholesale eCommerce platforms (e.g., Faire, Tundra, Handshake)
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and email marketing tools
  • Basic photography or videography skills for product images and event content
Pay Range: $30-40K
