Location: Bethpage, NY (3 days/week)/Hybrid

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and analyzing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a mix of creativity, social media, graphics, video, and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Knowledge of the A/E/C industry a plus
  • Ability to communicate and work closely with all business divisions to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Skills to produce and edit company videos for holidays, events, and training
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels and training videos, including digital, social media, email, video, and print
  • Author, create, and manage content for various marketing materials, including PowerPoint presentations, project descriptions, websites, social media, video skills, and email campaigns
  • Manage and analyze social media performance metrics and accounts, engage with audiences, and develop industry strategies to grow followers and engagement
  • Assist in the organization and execution of company events
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Production/Editing or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in the A/E/C industry, preferably in a similar role
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Social Media, Meta Business Suite, WordPress and email marketing platforms (knowledge of MailChimp is a plus)
  • Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Vimeo)
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing strategies and platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with graphic design tools (Microsoft Office Suite, InDesign, PhotoShop, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Annual Salary Range: $65k-75k
