We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a "Part Time Temporary" basis. The candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing key market information, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase the Company's revenue and brand.
This position is a "hybrid role" requiring minimum 2 days of "in-person" working at the company's office and with the flexibility to work remotely for the rest of the time. This role is likely to translate into a long term position depending on performance.
Expected Working Schedule: - 20 hours/week
- 5 days a week (Mon - Fri)
- 12 Noon to 5 pm
Responsibilities - Development and Implementation of Innovative Marketing Campaigns (incl. Digital, Social Media Platforms)
- Translation of Complex Data and Data Trends into Simple Graphs and Texts
- Assisting in Marketing, Marketing Material Preparation and generating Customer and Business leads relevant to the Company's Product Portfolio
- Assisting in Digital/Social Media Marketing i.e. Creating and Maintaining Social Media Accounts, inquiring for membership for dyes/pigments/colors societies and organizations etc.
- Market Research & Data Analytics for product wise/port wise logistics/transportation and warehouse for storage and distributions of Dyes, Dyes & Pharma Intermediates, Pigments and other Chemicals
- Creating Network and Rapport Building i.e. identifying trade/business events, cold calling and trade inquiries
- Assisting in other administrative and back-office duties i.e. preparing invoice/documents, maintaining sales/purchase register for import and export of company products.
Qualifications - Previous experience in Market Research/ Business Administration/Sales or other related fields
- Familiarity with Quantitative and Qualitative Data Collection
- Strong Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills
- Strong Documentation, Communication and Presentation Skills
- Ability to work well in a "client facing" and cross functional team environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe and Share Point
