About the Role:

As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll be the connective tissue that keeps our Marketing Team humming and our field teams supported. You'll often be the first friendly face (or inbox reply.) that practices encounter, making sure their marketing needs are met with care, professionalism, and a helpful attitude.

You'll keep projects organized, manage communications across a busy department, and help fuel the behind-the-scenes operations that empower our practices to shine in their local communities.

What You'll Do:
Support Our Field Teams

• Monitor and triage incoming marketing requests, ensuring field teams get timely, thoughtful support.
• Act as the go-to guide for common marketing resources, campaign materials, social media assets, and marketing tool access.
• Keep the internal Marketing Resource Center organized, up-to-date, and easy to navigate.
• Communicate proactively with field teams about project timelines, potential delays, and updates.

Keep Our Team Running Smoothly

• Maintain internal tools like the digital master spreadsheet to track practices, contact info, projects and priorities.
• Capture meeting notes and action items to keep our initiatives and field visit takeaways moving forward. Assign projects to teams accordingly.
• Support planning for quarterly team meetings-coordinating logistics, team-building activities, and celebratory moments.
• Track and celebrate Marketing Team milestones, birthdays, and work anniversaries.

Manage Vendor Partnerships

• Help communicate and transition field orders to our online store or local vendor solutions.
• Process partner invoices and collaborate on updates to our Creative Store offerings.
• Support ordering needs through platforms like 4imprint, Vistaprint, and Canva for our team members and departments.

What you Bring to the Team:

• 1-3 years' experience in marketing, administration, project management, or related roles
• A bachelor's degree (Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred)
• Stellar organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset-you anticipate needs, not just react
• Comfort and positivity working with diverse teams and personalities

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in the veterinary or healthcare industries
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft 365, Dropbox, Asana, Workvivo, and Canva
• Comfort with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
