We're looking for a talented digital marketing coordinator to be part of a fast-growing, Atlanta-based ad agency that specializes in home improvement clients and ESG. You'll work collaboratively across multifunctional teams and be part content and social media expert and part production manager. We're looking for someone who is self-directed, deadline-driven, and professional and can speak as easily with clients as with designers. This role requires someone who likes strategy, loves marketing and content, and communicates well. You won't just do work - you'll impact our clients' businesses and brands at a high, strategic level. This will be a mix of leading the planning and strategy that'll have you involved from start to finish on all projects, resulting in progressive, sophisticated, and appropriate creative and other amazing work. You must be agile and creative with an outstanding attention to detail.
The marketing coordinator is in charge of planning and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company's brand, products and services. Their duties include planning campaigns, analyzing metrics and identifying trends. They typically have experience in updating website content, content creation and management, scheduling, editorial calendars, email marketing, social media campaigns, influencer marketing, brand and product posts, promotional content, UGC campaigns, video content, sweepstakes and other aspects of advertising.

Responsibilities
- Work alongside account managers, and the creative team to develop marketing and social media campaigns
- Proactively respond to client needs and follow up on all requests from account managers
- Successfully organize and create detailed schedules of large and/or complex design assignments with minimal guidance, revising/changing as needed without sacrificing any creative integrity
- Collaborate with the team on the prioritization and scheduling of projects to ensure they are on-time, within scope and within budget
- Demonstrate efficiency and time management, handling multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing effectively to inevitable changes in timelines, deadlines and project goals
- Own all deliverables in marketing campaigns: strategic planning, goals and ROI tracking, creative, engagement, activation, etc.
- Create and execute editorial calendars, content, schedules, and implementation and engagement for numerous campaigns
- Assist with the development of and manage campaign budgets
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with the team to ensure client objectives are met
- Conceive, develop, and produce catchy and persuasive advertising copy with a consistent brand voice
- Proofread all content to ensure accuracy and professionalism, including adherence to creative, technical and legal specifications; past experience with ownership of proofing marketing and social content is a definite plus
- Be results- and goal-oriented with ongoing reporting, real-time data and best practices
- Provide monthly reports and communicate results and recommendations to account managers and clients
- Stay current with emerging opportunities in digital marketing and social media
- Present ideas both internally to peers and externally to clients, providing rationale for choices
- Be willing to jump in and help out other individuals/teams when needed
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, advertising, communications, public relations, copywriting
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, public relations or English preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, technical, multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language; ability to communicate ideas to clients, vendors, team members, and others in a clear and concise manner
- Solid project management skills, including strong organizational and time-management ability
- Experience with Asana or similar project management tools a plus
- Proficiency with Word and Excel and general understanding of how graphic software (PDFs, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) works; knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, social media platforms, etc.
- High standards of integrity and confidentiality; be able to adjust to multiple demands while achieving challenging objectives with intelligence and analysis
- Eagerness to pursue additional learning and self-development
