Position Overview
We're looking for a Marketing & Proposal Coordinator to join our team and support a range of marketing activities-from putting together compelling proposals to managing our social media presence and refining our brand message. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate looking to launch their career in marketing while learning the ins and outs of the commercial construction industry.
What You'll Do
- Assist with the development and production of proposals, qualifications packages, and marketing collateral
- Design and format content for presentations and documents using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PowerPoint, and/or InDesign
- Support branding initiatives across print and digital platforms to maintain consistency and clarity
- Help plan and manage social media content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
- Draft and edit project descriptions, staff bios, and company updates
- Coordinate photo shoots of completed projects and jobsite milestones
- Conduct market and competitor research to support business development goals
- Help maintain a library of marketing assets, including templates, logos, photos, and past proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and create compelling narratives
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- A good eye for layout, design, and visual storytelling
- Working knowledge of design tools like Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- A collaborative mindset and interest in learning about construction and business development
- Bonus: Experience or internship in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
