About our position
ASI has an exciting opportunity for a Client Marketing Coordinator who plays a key role in managing client-facing marketing programs that amplify customer voices and build brand credibility. This role is responsible for coordinating the execution of the annual client awards program, managing third-party review platforms, and maintaining a library of client testimonials and success stories. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and confident in client-facing communication and coordinating multiple projects.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting the Marketing Operations Manager with the annual client awards program, including nomination outreach, client interviews, judging coordination, communications, and promotions.
- Organizing and managing ASI brand presence on software review sites, sponsorship directories and buyer's guides including profile updates, and analytics tracking.
- Collecting product reviews to support ASI brands through regular outreach campaigns.
- Coordinating the development of client success stories and spotlighting content by working directly with clients, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders.
- Maintaining client testimonial and case study library.
- Collaborating with the Marketing team to promote client stories across channels.
- Tracking program performance and client engagement metrics for reporting and optimization.
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
What we want you to have
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or customer-facing role.
- Excellent writing, editing, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Experience working with review platforms (G2, Gartner, etc.) and/or managing testimonial or client success programs a plus.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms a bonus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take initiative.
