We're seeking a highly organized, creative, and tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator to play a pivotal role in amplifying our brand presence and equipping our agents with the marketing tools they need to succeed.


As our Marketing Coordinator, you will be the central hub for all marketing activities, ensuring consistent brand messaging, engaging content, and effective support for both the company and our individual agents. This is a multifaceted role requiring a proactive individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing principles.


Responsibilities:

Company Marketing, Branding and Initiatives:

  • Develop and implement company-wide marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Maintain and enforce brand identity guidelines across all platforms and materials.
  • Manage the company website on Wordpress
  • Oversee the company's social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and our Google Business Profile
  • Coordinate and execute company advertising campaigns both digitally and in print
  • Design miscellaneous company marketing materials
  • Manage company sponsorships and annual advertisements
  • Develop and publish PR blogs
  • Provide support for various projects and events throughout the year
  • Help create and manage a company marketing budget

Agent Marketing Support:

  • Design and produce a range of marketing materials for agents, including postcards, business cards, brochures, signage, and guides.
  • Provide guidance and resources to agents on their personal brand development.
  • Support agents in managing client communications through newsletters, emails and special marketing event planning
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings with agents to develop and implement personalized marketing plans.
  • Provide miscellaneous project and development support as needed.
  • Assist agents with basic training and support for our corporate marketing tools

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, social media platforms, SEO basics, and content marketing.
  • Knowledgeable in Wordpress website management
  • Experience with social media management tools
  • Graphic design skills and proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
