Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to marketing campaign execution across channels, including email, social media, SEO, influencer marketing, and digital advertising.
- Develop, edit, and manage high-quality content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Analyze marketing performance data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with sales to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and develop compelling sales enablement materials.
- Plan and execute events, including product launches, industry conferences, and webinars.
- Maintain and update website content to align with the latest products, announcements, and brand messaging.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities.
- Requirements:2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a startup, non-profit, or fast-paced tech environment.
- Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns and tools, including Google Analytics, CRM platforms, email marketing, and social media.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic setting.
- A curious, entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for big ideas.
- Availability to work 3 days a week in our Mountain View office, with flexibility during busy periods.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; strong liberal arts backgrounds with relevant experience also considered.
