Your New Role CNN is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Brand Marketing team in New York City. This role will support two Brand and Content Marketing teams, assisting in the execution of innovative marketing campaigns that elevate our brand and content offerings, including the brand at large, individual shows and series, and our world class journalists. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the teams' efforts to drive subscriber acquisition and enhance on-platform engagement for CNN's direct-to-consumer subscription streaming service.
Your Role Accountabilities - Campaign Coordination: Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of campaign assets and alignment with overall business objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Growth, and Product, to support integrated full funnel campaigns.
- Asset Management: Assist in managing and organizing campaign assets, ensuring brand consistency and excellence in execution.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and have a firm grasp of the competitive landscape, presenting findings to the team regularly.
- Performance Tracking: Support the tracking and reporting of campaign performance and KPIs, assisting in data collection and analysis.
- Innovation and Adaptation: Contribute to a culture of innovation by supporting test-and-learn initiatives and adapting to the changing news landscape.
Qualifications & Experience - 1+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a D2C subscription-based business or media environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and content marketing concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $51,106.00 - $94,910.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
