Job Description Request for Proposal (RFP) and Interview Preparation - Develop proposals and presentations using InDesign, PowerPoint, and Photoshop
- Create written materials such as brochures, project lists, data sheets, resumes, and maintain project documentation
- Design and maintain proposal graphics using Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, or PowerPoint
- Update and manage project and employee photography
- Oversee the tracking of project qualifications and proposals, ensuring procurement of all necessary project-specific information and documents in accordance with RFP guidelines
- Proactively manage the proposal process by tracking deliverable deadlines and coordinating team efforts, including setting calendar invites
- Handle proposal production, including printing, binding, packaging, and delivery
- Organize and facilitate interview preparation meetings
Other Duties - Coordinate college career fairs
- Plan and coordinate company events, including client Christmas lunches and VIP programs
- Update and manage content for the company website and social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Design and distribute direct mail promotional materials
- Maintain the database for the company foundation and support related events
- Produce and coordinate employee-related project materials and acknowledgments
- Perform other duties as assigned

The Successful Applicant - Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, English, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the construction industry
- Previous experience in preparing technical documents and following detailed instructions
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook & Teams)
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior management, colleagues, and clients
- Excellent at working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
- Exceptional problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eye for design and strong graphic design capabilities
- Adaptable, eager to learn new technologies and systems
- Ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions
