We're seeking a strategic and creative Content Marketing Manager to bring our brand to life through strategic, audience-driven content that informs, influences, and inspires. You'll be at the center of our storytelling engine-developing the narratives that shape how our market sees us and giving our sales and demand gen teams the tools they need to win.
Your work will be pivotal in positioning Ikon Technologies as a thought leader in dealership tech-one story, one campaign, one killer piece of content at a time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic product and campaign messaging tailored for B2B organization personas.
- Build and maintain a high-performing content engine measured by engagement, conversion, and impact on pipeline and brand awareness.
- Create and execute a content calendar that aligns with thought leadership, campaign goals, buyer journey content, and regular communication with customers.
- Increase inbound traffic and content conversions by optimizing our content strategy and publishing cadence.
- Fuel sales enablement with case studies, one-pagers, and tailored messaging that empowers reps to move deals forward.
- Uphold brand voice and editorial standards across all content touchpoints-from blog posts and eBooks to webinars and presentation material.
- Lead our social media strategy, ensuring a consistent, compelling presence across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Job Qualifications:
- 8+ years of content marketing experience in a B2B setting (technology, SaaS, industrial, automotive).
- Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
- Exceptional planning, coordination, writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience managing social media strategies and content, especially on LinkedIn.
- Understands Account Based Marketing principles and developing content for buying groups.
- Proficiency in marketing automation or content management platforms like HubSpot.
- Understanding of SEO content best practices and optimization techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Experience managing employees and/or external contractors.
