We are seeking a dynamic
Marketing Consultant to join our team and support financial advisors in developing and executing impactful marketing strategies. This role requires expertise in digital marketing, branding, and data analysis to drive lead generation and enhance client engagement.
Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Business Consultants to assess and develop tailored marketing strategies for financial advisors.
- Analyze client company profiles and operations to identify marketing opportunities.
- Conduct market research to uncover industry trends and competitive insights.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking to generate actionable insights.
- Develop and implement social media and corporate branding strategies aligned with client and company objectives.
- Create compelling copy for client and company marketing, including email. communications, social media content, and branding initiatives.
- Advise clients on branding, positioning, communications, and overall marketing strategy.
- Establish and measure ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs), such as email click-through rates, social media engagement, and event success metrics.
- Monitor and analyze client marketing efforts to optimize strategy and improve results.
- Research and evaluate external vendor opportunities to enhance marketing capabilities.
- Maintain regular communication with the Marketing Director to assess the effectiveness of marketing tools and strategies.
- Proactively engage with advisors through marketing calls to share innovative ideas, best practices, and recommend strategies that align with their business goals.
Experience and Education Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field , or 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition strategies.
- Proficiency in SEO, digital marketing analytics, AI-driven marketing, and paid advertising on platforms like Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Strong ability to develop and execute branding, communication, and content strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess marketing performance, measure ROI, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite , marketing automation, CRM platforms, and project management software.
Experience Preferred: Experience in Financial Services Marketing
Experience with Google Analytics
Experience with Constant Contact, Levitate, or other EMS platforms
Experience with Asana
