We're looking for a senior-level Marketing & Communications Manager with both strategic vision and hands-on expertise to lead multi-channel marketing initiatives for mission-driven organizations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead integrated marketing and communication strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Manage brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms
  • Oversee digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and paid media
  • Lead content creation-web, newsletters, blogs, social, and press materials
  • Handle public/media relations and crisis communications
  • Plan and promote events, conferences, and webinars
  • Direct a creative and communications team, fostering collaboration and innovation
  • Own the marketing budget and track ROI on all campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing/communications (2+ in a leadership role)
  • Graphic design experience required.
  • Proven success in campaign execution, digital strategy, and brand management
  • Strong writing, project management, and leadership skills
  • Proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Google Analytics, and social platforms
