Overview:

A Fortune 500 client is seeking a Communications & Marketing Coordinator to support internal, digital, and external communications. This role helps shape company messaging, boost employee engagement, and support branding through content creation and design.


Job Title: Communications & Marketing Coordinator

Location: Orlando, FL (100% On-Site)

Schedule: Full-Time, Mon-Fri (40 hrs/week)

Compensation: $26/hr+

Contract: 6 months with strong potential for extension or permanent hire


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop internal/external communications aligned with brand messaging
  • Create content for email, intranet, website, and social media
  • Maintain/update web content
  • Design branded materials (presentations, infographics, etc.)
  • Support event communications and logistics
  • Ensure brand consistency across visual assets
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on marketing materials
  • Support employee engagement programs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in communications, marketing, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong writing, design, and multitasking skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in digital/web writing, event planning, or project coordination
  • Familiarity with SAP (not required)
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
