Overview:
A Fortune 500 client is seeking a Communications & Marketing Coordinator to support internal, digital, and external communications. This role helps shape company messaging, boost employee engagement, and support branding through content creation and design.
Job Title: Communications & Marketing Coordinator
Location: Orlando, FL (100% On-Site)
Schedule: Full-Time, Mon-Fri (40 hrs/week)
Compensation: $26/hr+
Contract: 6 months with strong potential for extension or permanent hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop internal/external communications aligned with brand messaging
- Create content for email, intranet, website, and social media
- Maintain/update web content
- Design branded materials (presentations, infographics, etc.)
- Support event communications and logistics
- Ensure brand consistency across visual assets
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on marketing materials
- Support employee engagement programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in communications, marketing, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong writing, design, and multitasking skills
Preferred:
- Experience in digital/web writing, event planning, or project coordination
- Familiarity with SAP (not required)
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
