Account managers are passionate about client success, strategic thinking, planning and organization. They serve as the key link between our organizations' clients and the project team, but their role extends beyond simple project management. People who thrive in this role have an intuitive understanding of strategic marketing, and understand how to assemble the right resources to meet client objectives. They're responsible for leading the discovery process, developing key messages, writing strategies, ensuring projects stay on-time and on-budget without compromising quality.


Responsibilities

  • Management and growth of accounts for client success and profitability
  • Thinking strategically on behalf of clients and leading projects to successful outcomes
  • Managing projects in a way that ensures on-time delivery, quality and cost control
  • Lead and collaborate in the creation of marketing tools including brand copywriting, collateral design, websites and video production
  • Contribute actively and creatively as part of team
  • Assist in new business development through networking, meetings and drafting proposals

  • Mastery of strategic marketing processes
  • Strong interpersonal and client service skills

Technical

  • Mastery in project management
  • Mastery in professional writing
  • High proficiency in standard marketing tools (e.g., WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mail Chimp, etc.)

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's or greater in a related field

Experience

  • Minimum 5 Years in marketing, communications or related roles.
  • Preferred 8+ Years
