In this role, your responsibilities may include:
  • Identifying product information from detail pages and ensuring eCommerce transactions meet customer satisfaction.
  • Communicating with Sherwin-Williams stores and customers to address any eCommerce-related issues.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to process orders and invoices effectively.
  • Providing and verifying product data for digital platforms such as and PunchOut Catalogs.
  • Conducting ongoing maintenance of asset management to guarantee up-to-date customer-facing data.
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to optimize content delivery in digital experiences.
  • Ensuring data governance best practices for accurate information flow.
  • Reporting system defects and coordinating with technical support for timely resolutions.
  • Identifying enhancements in the product data management system and presenting findings for increased efficiency.
  • Enriching and classifying products for syndication to multiple systems, including digital catalogs.

Education Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Expected graduation date of 2026 or beyond.
Knowledge & Experience:
  • Availability for a long-term co-op (9-12 months).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Retail or sales knowledge, including experience with pricing structures.
  • Experience in data management.
Technical/Skill Requirements:
  • Required:
    • Proficiency in Excel.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
    • Quick learner, able to adapt to new systems and processes.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a history of successful collaboration.
    • Understanding of a diverse range of products across various divisions.
    • Capability to obtain and share accurate information across different organizational levels.
    • Proficient in managing product information priorities for consistency across systems.
    • Adept at working with multiple business and technical teams.
  • Preferred:
    • Database management experience.
