Job Description: - Manage project schedules for marketing campaigns and projects within the Envolve OnStar queue.
- Oversee agency resources to align with business objectives, ensuring quality and timely delivery of critical products and services.
- Develop and implement quality metrics, guidelines, and process improvements that integrate with other functional areas.
- Track and manage budgets for agency partners, reporting monthly for Envolve's marketing efforts.
- Communicate with agency partners to establish timelines and objectives that meet business needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain momentum for commercial software products while becoming a subject matter expert on branding and marketing processes.
Required Skills/Experience: - Minimum of 7 years of agency experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, including interfacing with clients, agencies, and stakeholders.
- Strong experience managing marketing and advertising projects, tracking budgets, and adapting to evolving priorities.
- Proficiency in risk management strategies, project management tools, and contingency planning.
- Business/industry knowledge with a proven ability to implement project management solutions across various environments.
