Location: Solon, OhioJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $31 - 35 per hourWe're looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Brand Manager to drive growth and innovation through deep consumer insights, business planning, and brand strategy. In this role, you'll analyze consumer data to inform marketing strategies, optimize investments, and fuel brand development.

You'll own P&L, lead sales forecasting, and execute go-to-market strategies to meet business objectives. With a focus on maximizing ROI, you'll lead cross-functional teams to ensure impactful brand activations, product innovation, and long-term success. Must be willing to start in April.Responsibilities:Consumer & Market InsightsDevelop a deep understanding of consumer demographics, behaviors, and purchasing drivers using data and research.Analyze insights to inform marketing strategies, optimize investments, and drive business growth.

Leverage trends and analytics to fuel brand innovation and communication strategies.Business Planning & StrategyOwn P&L to ensure revenue, profit, market share, and brand health goals are met.Lead monthly business operations, sales tracking, and demand forecasting to address supply challenges.

Utilize data-driven decision-making to shape category, portfolio, and brand strategies.Develop revenue management strategies, including pricing, promotions, and product architecture.Drive cross-functional execution to deliver business objectives.

Explore innovative brand growth opportunities, including partnerships and licensing.Brand & Product ExperienceLead campaign strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across key touchpoints.Ensure brand identity and activations remain culturally relevant and impactful.

Maximize marketing ROI by optimizing demand generation and budget efficiency.Drive innovation and product pipeline development based on market insights.Commercial ExecutionCollaborate with sales teams to execute go-to-market strategies and optimize brand positioning.

Translate long-term strategic plans into actionable annual sales and marketing initiatives.Develop and lead annual marketing plans, integrating product, pricing, distribution, and promotion strategies.Leadership & Team DevelopmentInspire and lead cross-functional teams to achieve high performance.

Foster a culture of knowledge-sharing and category expertise.Champion best practices to drive continuous brand and business growth.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or business management, preferably in a B2B environment.

Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and agency partners through strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.Expertise in developing strategic plans and managing budgets for communication campaigns and commercialization initiatives.Hands-on experience in executing marketing communication projects, including digital and media strategies.
