Job Description:
This is a direct hire opportunity to lead end-to-end marketing efforts for a fast-growing division in the waterworks industry. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, focusing on digital content, promotional materials, and event marketing to drive brand visibility and support business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Director of Brand Experience to shape and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
- Create and manage a wide range of marketing assets, including digital content, print collateral, email campaigns, and social media materials
- Organize and oversee marketing efforts for trade shows, branch openings, and customer-facing events
- Support the enhancement of the online customer journey through E-Commerce improvements and ongoing website optimization
- Lead creative initiatives such as brand photoshoots, video production, and visual storytelling projects
- Guide the division's social media approach, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement across platforms
- Deliver marketing plans and campaign updates to internal stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Manage a Marketing Specialist and liaise with other regional marketing team members to align efforts
- Conduct regular visits to local branches and participate in quarterly industry events or conferences nationwide
