Scope of Position

The Marketing Automation Manager will develop, execute, and optimize email campaigns across multiple brands. This role requires a strategic, data-driven marketer with expertise in email automation, content creation, audience segmentation, and analytics. The ideal candidate will collaborate across departments to ensure campaigns align with brand identity and business objectives.

Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies tailored to each brand.

• Plan, build, and execute various email campaigns, including promotional, transactional, nurturing, and welcome series.

Content Creation & Optimization

• Craft engaging email copy and layouts that reflect each brand's voice while driving conversions.

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling visuals and content.

• Conduct A/B testing to optimize the effectiveness of subject lines, messaging, and call-to-action.

List Management & Segmentation

• Implement segmentation strategies for targeted messaging to auto body technicians, auto repair professionals, and other key audiences.

• Maintain data accuracy, hygiene, and compliance with email regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Analytics & Performance Tracking

• Monitor key email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and generate reports.

• Utilize insights to refine strategies and improve overall campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration & Integration

• Work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Sales, and Product teams to align email marketing with broader campaigns.

• Partner with external vendors and platforms to enhance automation, deliverability, and design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in B2B and/or multi-brand environments.

• Proficiency in email automation platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Marketo.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive strategic decisions.

• Exceptional copywriting, communication, and project management skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
