Marketing Associate

Thibaut is looking for a creative Marketing Associate who is passionate about content creation, storytelling across social media, and creating memorable brand experiences through events, to join their marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications, this role is responsible for driving the brand voice on social media while executing PR initiatives and events that increase customer engagement, community growth, and sales across our portfolio of brands. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, schedule and manage content across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • Create visual assets and write engaging captions aligned with the brand voice.
  • Produce compelling short-and long-form video content for Instagram and YouTube on topics ranging from designer profiles and home tours to behind-the-scenes series and event recaps.
  • Source and request photography usage rights from interior designers to enhance user-generated content (UGC). Manage a database of approved content for distribution across web, email, social, and marketing collateral.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages and mentions, fostering meaningful interactions, while implementing pointed initiatives to promote follower growth.
  • Analyze social media metrics, competitor insights, and performance data through monthly reporting to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
  • Stay current on emerging social media trends, platform updates and best practices to keep Thibaut ahead of the curve.
  • Assist with PR inquiries and editor requests for product placement opportunities. Create monthly press report showcasing notable editorial coverage received across print, online, and broadcast media.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales admin teams on designer partnerships and product sponsorships.
  • Support with the planning and execution of brand events and trade shows, ensuring seamless execution, budget management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Assist the department with collection training, image library management, and administrative tasks.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in social media management and events.
  • Proficiency in content creation for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • Strong copywriting, content creation, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
  • Experience with marketing automation platform, Dash Hudson, a plus.
