About the Team :

We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on individual to join our SG Marketing team as part of the Livestream Team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about livestream production and campaign strategy. You will play a pivotal role in planning and executing engaging livestream campaigns to grow our ecosystem, boost platform engagement, and drive sales.

Livestream Production & Execution

  1. Lead the end-to-end production of livestreams for major campaigns (eg, Double Digit Sales, Super Shiok Sale, Mid-Month Mall Sales, seasonal events), from content ideation, brand nomination, content planning, to Real Time stream management.
  2. Set up and operate livestream production equipment (cameras, audio gear, lighting, switchers) and manage studio infrastructure, ensuring seamless execution across both studio and remote setups.
  3. Troubleshoot technical issues swiftly during live broadcasts to minimise disruptions and ensure a smooth viewer experience.
  4. Continuously optimise stream quality and workflow based on performance insights and post-stream feedback.
  5. Lead the planning and execution of livestream marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth targets.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, BD, KOL, Product) to develop and run engaging livestream campaigns that drive user engagement and sales.
  7. Manage the Livestream Incentive Program, including planning, execution, and performance tracking, to attract and retain streamers on the platform.

Performance Tracking & Optimisation

  1. Monitor and analyse livestream campaign performance, leveraging data to optimise future campaigns.
  2. Build performance dashboards and trackers (GSheets or Excel) to report on key metrics clearly.
  3. Stay updated on competitor livestream trends and innovations, identifying best practices and opportunities for differentiation.

Requirements :

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Arts in Media Production, Media Studies, Mass Communication or relevant discipline.
  2. Strong technical knowledge of livestream tools (eg, OBS) and hands-on production experience, including studio management and setup of cameras, lighting, and audio.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder and partner management.
  4. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Google Sheets.
  6. Comfortable navigating a dynamic marketing environment.
