Job Description Heathwood is looking for a qualified applicant to work alongside our Marketing Manager.
Must be adaptable, able to manage projects, well versed in MS Excel/Power Point/Publisher, comfortable with the aging population and have an ease of talking to people. This candidate should be prepared to work in an ever-changing/fast-paced team environment. Must enjoy working with the senior population.
Responsibilities and Duties Assist Marketing Manager with daily responsibilities including; management of CRM/Database, community outreach, follow-up, presentations, tours and sales calls. Ultimately will be responsible for all marketing inside facility when Manager is offsite.
Qualifications:
Qualifications and Skills - Prefer Marketing/Business Majors
- Familiarity with MS Publisher
- Ability to multi-task and take initiative
- Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
- Assist with execution of trade shows
- Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials
- Prepare presentations
- Enter contact information into contact management system
- Minimum 18 yrs. age required; High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid New York Drivers License and clean driving record required.
Experience and Skills Requirements:
Ability to work periodic evening and weekend hours.
Ability to verbally communicate well with residents, families, and staff members.
Ability to read and understand task assignments, ability to report verbally and provide written
documentation as required.
Display of genuine concern for the elderly; a dependable, patient and compassionate attitude
towards residents. Display a demeanor which is always respectful of residents' rights and wishes.
Ability to cooperate and maintain respectful treatment with others. Display a sense of responsibility, maturity, diplomacy, and ability to work well with residents, families, and other staff members.
