General Summary The Digital Marketing Associate plays a key role in helping our real estate portfolio achieve its goals by developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing marketing lead-gen campaigns across all digital channels. This individual will support the creation of the new campaigns and ensure that on-going campaigns are managed to specific targets and benchmarks.
This position will oversee marketing project workflow and manage day-to-day department activities. The responsibilities will scope from the strategic to the tactical, from concept to execution, across campaigns to drive awareness and market positioning, crafting messaging and communication. These may include content creation, email marketing, community retention management, social media, PR, partnership marketing, SEO, events, creation of marketing collateral (traditional and digital), project management, agency management and more. This role reports to the Senior Director of Marketing and works closely with a broad range of stakeholders across all departments and levels of the organization.
Responsibilities - Plan and execute e-mail, SEO/SEM and web-based campaigns and devise strategies to drive online traffic to our property websites.
- Measure and report performance on all digital marketing campaigns (e-mail, SEM, website, and social media) and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Manage implementation, execution, and measurement on all paid search, SEO, social media and PPC campaigns.
- Own billing, budget and PO tracking for lead-generation initiatives. Assist in balancing the budget and reporting on spending.
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on campaign performance insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage website updates, create landing pages and optimize user experience (A/B testing, UX improvements etc).
- Use strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Brainstorm new and creative lead generation strategies using digital channel campaigns.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership to be at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
- Evaluate research (primary and secondary), market conditions, and competitor data.
Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree required, any digital marketing certifications a plus.
- 2-4 years' experience in digital marketing
Skills - Hands-on experience developing and executing e-mail marketing campaigns, establishing marketing databases, and executing SEO/SEM/PPC campaigns.
- Passion to learn and drive, ambition to succeed, and a willingness to jump into projects with enthusiasm and helpfulness.
- Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM, marketing databases, e-mail, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Working knowledge of HTML & website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Exceptional analytical, project, and time management skills and data-driven thinking.
- Currently with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
