Marketing Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Associate to support our marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for executing email campaigns, maintaining marketing spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel, and assisting with website keep up. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced marketing team.

-Design and set up office displays using product flyers and artwork
- plant cell signage showing product purpose and use
-Develop and coordinate product how-to videos
-Design stickers, business cards with QR codes, and promotional merch
-Standardize email signatures and support monthly email campaigns
-Assist with social media posts and newsletter planning
-Maintain product labels, sell sheets, and presentation templates
-Organize employee portraits and bios for internal use
-Design mission and vision posters

Job Requirements

2+ year of experience in marketing or a related field (internships count).

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, basic data analysis).

Familiarity with email marketing tools and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.

Basic understanding of web design or e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WordPress) is a bonus.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a team environment.
