Position Summary


The Marketing Associate plays a critical role in driving ISI Elite Training's brand presence across national and local channels. You'll work closely with the Director of Marketing to implement bold, strategic, and scalable marketing initiatives that fuel franchise growth and member engagement.

Key Responsibilities


  • Drive Content Execution : Own and execute the brand's content calendar, ensuring alignment across email, social, paid media, events, and internal communications.
  • Email Marketing : Take strategy from idea to execution using our CRM and email tools. Develop, build, and analyze national and franchise-level campaigns.
  • Collaborate Creatively : Partner with the Creative Team to develop compelling on-brand assets (static, video, and animation) for social and digital campaigns.
  • Grow the Brand : Execute growth strategies that boost visibility, conversion, and retention across marketing channels.
  • Local Marketing Support : Train and support Franchise Partners on local marketing best practices, trends, and systems to maximize location performance.
  • Campaign Leadership : Design and manage the promotional calendar, supporting brand campaigns, internal initiatives, and Franchise Development events.
  • Brand Events : Own the content and communications strategy for brand-level events such as Discovery Days, IRON U Training, and franchise-facing summits.

  • Up-to-date with marketing technology, tools, and best practices
  • Passion for fitness, community, and helping others reach their goals

Preferred Experience & Tools


  • CRM platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Facebook Business & Ads Manager (required)
  • Google Ads & Google Analytics (certification preferred)
  • Google My Business (required)
  • Directory Management (a plus)
  • G-Suite / Microsoft Excel (required)
  • WordPress, SEO, directory management, and reputation management (a plus)
  • Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design platforms (a plus)
  • Point of Sale System experience (a plus)
  • Proven experience in a similar marketing role
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Analytical and creative thinking
  • Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
  • Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
  • BSC/BA in business administration, marketing and communications or relevant field (or equivalent experience)
