Marketing Assistant ( Tri-Cities) Full Time (Temporary)

The Marketing Assistant at Pahlisch Homes will work with internal and external contacts to participate in the planning and execution of marketing activities that build brand awareness, drive interest, and support our tactical objectives. An enthusiastic professional who has a keen eye for detail and enjoys working as a team. With a wide range of responsibilities, they will need to be self-motivated, have superior problem-solving skills and be productive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities = The essential actions required of the job.
- Set up and take-down of tables at model homes and events; moving materials and equipment between storage and event sites; stocking equipment and supplies.
- Understand community standards to ensure home listings accurately reflect the appropriate product.
- Coordinate with Real Estate Agents to obtain finished home photography and organize accordingly in our corporate systems.
- Update model home and community addresses on mapping services.
- Assist with execution of regional events.
- Coordinate projects with signage, staging, and event vendors.
- Upholding brand standards for communities, model homes, and completed unsold homes.
- Administrative tasks such as organizing, sorting, and/or ordering supplies
- Coordinating projects for approval through a project management software.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements = The skills and experience required for the job
- Excellent attention to detail, visual aesthetics, and design.
- Reliable transportation to travel between communities and corporate office during workday.
- Ability to work occasional evening or weekend events with advance notice (estimated one time per quarter).
- Ability to lift 15 lbs frequently when moving equipment and supplies.
