Job Summary:
- Communicate effectively with all partners and sponsors
- Organize and coordinate product sponsorships from start to finish
- Scheduling of all social media content using multiple platforms i.e. Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Youtube & Linkedin
- Copywriting and copy editing of social media captions
- Maintain social media accounts and aesthetic of channels
- Assist with social media campaigns
- Social media interactions- checking and responding to messages, posts, and comments
- Update and assist marketing MBO via Excel and
- Putting together marketing print materials for distribution
- Collaborate with marketing team on marketing campaigns and internal marketing efforts to meet goals of brand awareness and sales objectives.
- Assist in organizing trade show forms and deadlines.
- Assist in trade show & event details as well as help stage booth displays.
- Create content for social Media platforms. i.e. Graphics, photography, and videography.

Duties:
Provide support to Marketing Department
Coordinate and execute marketing strategies alongside team
Work with marketing team to manage brand initiatives
Perform market and client research
Create market reports on performance of campaigns
Maintain Schedules for marketing initiatives
Assist with social media and website content
Attend trade shows and company events
Organize and manage marketing collateral
Develop an understanding of our customers and industry

Strongest candidates will be energetic, creative, have a passion for learning, and will possess a strong foundation in social media usage. Photography and video editing is a plus.
