• Assist the marketing team in achieving marketing goals and objectives.
• Support marketing specialists with administrative tasks, campaign coordination, and reporting.
• Plan, execute, and attend community outreach events, ensuring brand visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with the team to manage event logistics, promotional materials, and vendor coordination.
• Oversee firm-branded swag inventory, including ordering, organizing, and distributing promotional materials.
• Assist in content creation, social media support, and other digital marketing initiatives as needed.
• Maintain organized records of marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage google review platform and review generation for the firm.
• Work both independently and collaboratively to drive marketing success. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, event planning, or administrative support.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing swag and promotional items is a plus.
• Energetic, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable attending occasional weekend and evening events.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and marketing tools is a plus. Compensation: $20 - $23 hourly
