About the Role:
We're seeking a creative and tech-savvy Marketing Assistant who's passionate about building brand visibility and driving engagement through content, design, and strategy. If you're excited to bring fresh ideas to life and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this role is for you.
You'll support and contribute to a variety of marketing initiatives-from eye-catching digital ads and targeted email campaigns to engaging video content and client-focused case studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce engaging content for social media, blog posts, email campaigns, and other digital marketing assets.
- Leverage design and video editing skills to create high-impact visuals and promotional videos.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, client engagement, and lead generation.
- Maintain consistency in visual branding across all channels and materials.
- Conduct market research and stay up to date on trends to help shape innovative marketing strategies.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and content creation.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a strong attention to detail.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency with design and content tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Working knowledge of social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Basic video editing experience is a strong bonus.
