We're looking for a detail oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team and provide essential support across our marketing initiatives.


Position Summary

As the Marketing Assistant, you'll provide administrative and creative support to the entire Marketing Department. You will assist with task coordination, content development, and help ensure branding and project deadlines are met. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment. This position requires the ability to travel to our locations across New York City, with occasional travel to other states as needed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing team with campaign coordination, content editing, and task tracking
  • Work on content scheduling, post drafts, and calendar maintenance
  • Assist in managing branding assets, organizing creative materials, and coordinating with external vendors as needed
  • Help keep project timelines and deliverables on track using project management tools
  • Coordinate team meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow up items
  • Maintain updated marketing documents, reports, and presentation decks
  • Support communication efforts across internal teams and departments
  • Travel to company locations across NYC and tentatively to other states for campaign support, content capture, and on site execution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or marketing support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; experience with tools like or Asana
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, team based setting
  • Bilingual in Spanish and/or Chinese is highly preferred
  • Must be comfortable with local and occasional out-of-state travel
