We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing many hats and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As the Marketing Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting various initiatives across our department-from creating resources and coordinating events to conducting research and managing day-to-day tasks that keep the team running smoothly.
This is a hybrid role that requires in-office presence between 2 to 3 days per week, depending on weekly team needs and project schedules.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Assist in the creation of video tutorials and visual content to support product education and Customer engagement.
- Help develop and maintain Help Center resources, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, easy to understand, and user-friendly.
- Conduct industry and competitive research to support strategic planning and content development.
- Support virtual and in-person event coordination, including logistics, attendee communications, and promotional materials.
- Perform administrative tasks such as organizing data, managing project timelines, and scheduling meetings.
- Collaborate with team members to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer communications.
- Maintain internal documentation and assist in reporting on key marketing metrics.
- Other responsibilities as they pertain to your role.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Advertising or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative support role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with an ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with basic video editing and graphic tools (e.g., Camtasia, Canva, Adobe, or similar).
- Experience with content management systems or Help Centers is a plus.
- Familiarity with event planning and coordination preferred.
- Tech-friendly and eager to learn new platforms and tools.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and virtually with company staff members remotely.
