What You'll Do
Collaborate with senior leadership to execute strategic direct marketing campaigns
Support day-to-day operations and identify areas for workflow improvement
Assist with planning and executing in-person marketing events
Help manage key projects from kickoff to completion
Facilitate communication between teams and departments
Contribute to recruitment and team-building efforts
What We're Looking For
Strategic thinking + problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
Bonus: Experience with project coordination or process improvement
Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred-not required)
