KENTECH Consulting Inc. is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Assistant to help shape our brand identity and enhance our online presence. If you excel in graphic design, social media management, and content creation, this role offers the opportunity to bring your creative storytelling and visual communication skills to life.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement. Create, curate, and manage high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and values. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute impactful social media campaigns.
Content Calendar Management
Organize and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and strategic approach to messaging across platforms. Regularly post content to keep our brand at the forefront of social media feeds.
Video & Graphic Content Creation
Capture, edit, and produce engaging video content to support marketing initiatives. Utilize Canva and other design tools to create visually compelling graphics for campaigns.
Required Skills & Proficiencies
Creative & Strategic Thinking - Ability to conceptualize and execute creative brand storytelling strategies. Video Editing Experience - Skilled in video editing, videography, and managing media equipment. Graphic Design Expertise - Advanced proficiency in Canva and familiarity with other design tools. Social Media Savvy - Deep understanding of various social media platforms, trends, and metrics. Attention to Detail - A meticulous eye for visual aesthetics and brand consistency.
Desired Soft Skills
Creativity & Keen Eye for Detail - Ability to generate fresh, innovative ideas that enhance brand storytelling. Strategic Thinking - Develop and execute plans for brand positioning and social engagement. Time Management - Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Collaboration - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Qualifications
Location Requirement - Must be based in Miami, FL. Experience - 1-3 years in marketing, social media management, or graphic design. Design Proficiency - Advanced skills in Canva with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design expertise. Availability - Able to work in-office on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Social Media Expertise - Strong understanding of content creation, analytics, and engagement strategies.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Part-Time, In-Office - Work in our Miami, FL location PTO & Flex Time - Balance work and personal life
