You work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM.

In this Marketing and Sales Outreach Coordinator role, you're not just pushing products-you're building a brand and making meaningful connections. Your day starts with cold outreach-whether that's knocking on doors or making calls to introduce Golden Bear Fleet Services to potential clients. From there, you dive into marketing strategies, managing our social media presence, crafting engaging blog posts, and ensuring our website reflects our brand's message. Throughout the day, you act as a customer advocate, gathering feedback, enhancing customer experiences, and ensuring our clients know they're valued. You also attend networking events, BNI meetings, and Chamber gatherings, making sure Golden Bear Fleet Services stays at the forefront of the industry. Every single day brings a new challenge, a new connection, and a new way for you to leave your mark on the company's growth.

CHECK OUT THE REQUIREMENTS BELOW:
  • 2 years of sales, marketing, and branding experience OR a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proficiency with social media platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5 years of sales, marketing, and branding experience
  • 3 years of social media management experience
  • Passionate about the truck repair industry with a personal or family connection
