We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team in Louisville, KY. This role plays a critical part in supporting both our marketing initiatives and sales operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-driven, and eager to contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns to support company objectives
  • Assist in the preparation of sales materials and presentations
  • Maintain and update client records and sales reports
  • Conduct market research and gather customer insights
  • Support the sales team with lead generation and follow-up activities
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging
  • Participate in planning and organizing promotional events and trade shows
Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or sales support role preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
