Description

We are seeking a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns, while also assisting in sales efforts to boost client relationships and revenue. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional who can work across departments to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Coordinate marketing materials, promotional activities, and events
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support outreach and lead generation
  • Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate documentation
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide administrative support to sales operations
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Participate in planning meetings and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing and/or sales coordination role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and sales processes
  • Collaborative attitude and problem-solving mindset
