Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team in Houston, TX. This position will play a key role in supporting marketing campaigns and driving sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of projects, client communications, and campaign tracking.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
  • Assist in planning and organizing promotional events and trade shows
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials, sales presentations, and client proposals
  • Track campaign performance and provide analytical reports
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends
  • Maintain communication with clients and assist with lead follow-up
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and sales strategies
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or sales support role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
