We are seeking a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing campaigns while also coordinating sales operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in marketing principles, excellent organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset. The position requires close collaboration with our marketing, design, and sales teams to support company growth and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns
  • Track and report on marketing metrics and campaign performance
  • Support sales operations through lead tracking, CRM updates, and sales reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing and sales efforts
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials including presentations, brochures, and sales proposals
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Schedule and organize client meetings, product demonstrations, and marketing events
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and sales support tools
Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing and/or sales coordination role
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
