Marketing and Partnerships Internship
Location: DC/MD/VA (Hybrid Remote)
Reports to: Director of Partnerships & Sales
Availability: Summer 2025

As we scale, we're looking for a smart, organized, and motivated Marketing & Partnerships Intern to support our partnerships and our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in mission-driven sales, business development, and strategic partnerships.
Role Overview:
The Marketing and Partnerships Intern will support Oneg's marketing efforts across platforms and outreach to retail partners, community organizations, influencers, and brands. You'll help with research, prospecting, sales support, and communications - gaining exposure to all aspects of partnership development in a fast-growing consumer brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research to identify potential wholesale, retail, and strategic partners aligned with Oneg's mission
• Help build and maintain Oneg's partner database, ensuring contacts and outreach are well-tracked
• Draft outreach emails, partnership proposals, and follow-up communications
• Support inbound and outbound sales efforts, helping with partnership order tracking and customer relationship management
• Assist with influencer and brand collaboration research, tracking and outreach
• Monitor relevant community organizations, events, and initiatives for potential partnership opportunities
• Help prepare pitch decks, presentations, and reports
• Join partnership meetings (as appropriate) and assist with meeting notes and next steps
Qualifications:
• Current college student or recent college graduate with an interest in marketing, sales, partnerships, or business development
• Highly organized and with keen computer, research and writing skills
• Comfortable with email outreach and professional communication
• Familiarity with Jewish culture, community, and/or rituals a plus but not required
• Proficient in Google Workspace - Docs, Sheets, Slides, CRM & database experience
• Self-starter, eager to learn, and excited by mission-driven work

Compensation & Details:
• Internship Duration: 10-12 weeks (flexible based on availability)
• Hours: 15 hours per week (flexible)
• Paid internship
