Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Events Specialist to support a variety of promotional, sponsorship, and entertainment programs. This role plays a key part in executing on-site special events, marketing campaigns, and public engagements. Candidates should have a background in marketing, advertising, or communications, with hands-on experience in managing events and guest-facing promotions. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to a fast-paced environment that requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Required Skills: - At least 3 years of experience in promotions, special events, entertainment, or sponsorship coordination
- 5 years of experience in marketing or event planning preferred
- Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a gaming license in accordance with local regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/event management software
Bonus/Soft Skills: - Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must meet ongoing training and certification requirements as applicable to the role
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
