Job Description: The driving force behind Motio's success is our unwavering belief in clear and effective communication. We're seeking a
high-performing and reliable activator to join us as a Marketing and Event Coordinator, helping to take our customer-focused products and services to new heights. As an ideal candidate, you have experience in or affinity towards a software/SaaS-focused environment such as business intelligence and data analytics. You're willing to go above and beyond on projects, including evaluating and analyzing information, and you naturally desire to help people understand things that are hard to understand.
Scope of Responsibilities Include: • Assist with B2B marketing program ideation, planning, execution, and measurement of campaigns across all channels (email, social, search, and community forums) for Motio's services and solutions
• Manage the marketing calendar
• Work on marketing collateral, presentations, and proposals
• Aide in planning and coordinating virtual and in-person events to showcase Motio's capabilities, including but not limited to virtual platform setup, capturing leads, and ensuring their placement in our CRM
• Keep abreast of the latest market trends and competitor actions to help inform on opportunities
• Implement website updates
Requirements •
Must be willing to come to the office once a week (minimum) • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications
• 1-2 years of experience in a B2B, Software, or SaaS environment
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Canva and/or Adobe skills (Illustrator, Photoshop) skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify grammatical errors, sentence structure issues, and image disparities
• Superior written and oral communication skills
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• You're a multi-tasker and self-starter
• WordPress experience a plus
