National Medical Supply, Inc. seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager to lead our brand strategy and enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audience, ensuring brand consistency across all channels. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strategic thinking to drive brand growth and engagement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for project management and timely execution of the development of marketing support materials including, but not limited to, sales literature, print advertisements, presentations, direct mailings, promotions, advertising placements, etc.
- Design work to create marketing collateral via Adobe Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
- Create and implement design templates for on-site teams to use (e.g., menus, flyers, community announcements)
- Develop print and digital marketing collateral such as brochures and flyers
- Create blog content in conjunction with in-house subject matter experts
- Assist with the implementation and management for marketing automation and customer relationship management
- Work with vendors on the development and maintenance of company websites, digital marketing campaigns, and copy development
- Develop and manage effective lead nurture campaigns to progress leads through the sales funnel and maximize conversion rates. Develop and manage email templates and automated messages to augment Sales' interaction with prospects
- Leverage data to build reports that help tell the lead generation story to determine which tactics are most effective in generating qualified leads
- Implement, and monitor the organization's advertising and promotional activities through efficient marketing technologies including marketing automation and ensure consistency of the brand in all communications and advertising, including the digital journey
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of three years of experience in marketing and graphic design for companies, preferably in a health care field.
- Proficient in Adobe CreativeSuite and WordPress
- Understanding of SEO, GA4, AdWords and conversion tracking preferred
- Experience with marketing automations
- Knowledgeable of all related regulations, procedures, laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long-term care preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- Due to the nature of the work performed by National Medical Supply. inc. , and that this position works with a vulnerable population, we do require a criminal background check be completed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing
Pay:
$60,000 to $70,000 annual salary, based on experience
