Marketing Analyst IV Location: RemoteCore Activities - Division Agnostic Puerto Rico New Ops Model Activation(70%)
- Legacy system maintenance and updates: Price Change, PIPO, NPI SKU set up.
- Inventory reduction actions: Discount design and set up to reduce Non-Working Inventory
- Quoting process for Bids and Tenders or Product Non in System activation support
- Process Sample Request and Connect with approvers to support the expedited request process.
- Systems and Data Management (PowerBI / Power Apps, CRM, Quip, Sales Aid, Sales loft, POS)
- CRM Play card activation, Support, and Analytics for the sales team (local or regional). Escalate and drive Enhancement Requests.
- Support / Liaison ECO (30%)
- Supporting Export Sales Team on the Business Ops process related to the day to day operation of Puerto Rico
- Connect escalations with CSR and CIR teams: Sales District/Pricing, Analytics, Portfolio, and transacting account communications during model activation.
- Support the Design and Activation process of CIP plans with top distributors.
- Business Review Process / Sales Ops-related processes ( Sales, Inventory, Pipeline and Activities analytics)
- PO Preparations and Local Vendors management
- Contract management
