Summary

The Consumer Retention Marketing team is dedicated to building lasting relationships with customers by delivering personalized, cross-channel experiences that encourage continued engagement. Within this team, the Consumer Promotions Strategy function uses data and strategic insights to design compelling promotional campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty.


About the Role:

As a Senior Associate in Consumer Promotions Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and executing promotional strategies that accelerate customer lifecycle growth. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, cross-functional collaboration, and an experimental approach to improving campaign outcomes through data-driven decision-making.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer cohort trends and opportunities to influence behavior throughout the customer journey
  • Use complex datasets to develop strategic, analytically grounded pricing and promotional campaign plans
  • Analyze campaign performance to understand key drivers and recommend optimizations to improve outcomes
  • Collaborate with Retention Marketing, Strategy, and Operations teams to test and manage promotional campaigns across diverse markets
  • Partner with Business Intelligence and Engineering to develop ETLs and ensure accurate data flows into the CRM platform for campaign targeting and analysis
